PsoProtectMe releases summary data from first 1000 participants - please contribute today!

Dear PsoProtect Partner,

Thank you so much for supporting PsoProtectMe - the global survey for individuals with psoriasis to report their experiences of the pandemic (whether or not they have had COVID-19). We wanted to share with you that we have just released summary data from the first 1000 PsoProtectMe participants (from 39 countries, across 6 continents) on our website: https://psoprotectme.org/current-data/.

We are asking for further help in promoting PsoProtectMe to your members at this critical time - before the window of opportunity to gather this data has passed. Acknowledging how busy you are, we have drafted an example email (with images also attached) - please feel free to adapt it as much as you like.

If you're able to circulate an email about PsoProtectMe's first 1000 cases to your mailing list, we'd be incredibly grateful.

Additionally, please continue to share this initiative via social media, tagging us @PsoProtect and using the hashtag #PsoProtectMe (links to follow us on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook below if you haven't already done so).

Finally, we are incredibly grateful for your ongoing support of PsoProtect - the global registry for healthcare professionals to report cases of COVID-19 in psoriasis. We look forward to updating you about our data analysis in the coming days - thank you for your ongoing contributions.

With very best wishes from the PsoProtectMe Team

TITLE: PsoProtectMe releases summary data from first 1000 participants - please contribute today!

PsoProtectMe, the global self-report registry for people with psoriasis during the COVID-19 pandemic, has released summary data from the first 1000 participants (from 39 countries, across 6 continents) on the PsoProtectMe website (https://psoprotectme.org/current-data/).

A message from the PsoProtectMe Team:

We're asking everyone around the world with psoriasis, whether or not you have symptoms of COVID-19, to complete the PsoProtectMe survey.

The online survey takes only 5-10 minutes and asks about your symptoms, psoriasis treatments and any underlying health conditions you may have. If you have suffered from COVID-19, we will ask how this has affected you and your psoriasis.

Your information will help us understand how the pandemic is affecting people with psoriasis, and whether the treatments we use for psoriasis increase (or decrease) the risk of severe COVID-19 infection. This will help healthcare professionals make important decisions about the clinical care of people with psoriasis during the pandemic.

Your contribution will benefit everyone - please help by completing the PsoProtectMe survey today.

You can also help spread the word by following and tagging @PsoProtect on TwitterFacebook and Instagram, and encouraging anyone else with psoriasis to complete the PsoProtectMe patient survey (whether or not they think they have had COVID-19).
